1、High pressure flange: A flange used for connecting pipelines or equipment with a pressure higher than 10MPa. At present, it mainly includes traditional high-pressure flanges and high-pressure self tightening flanges. High pressure flanges are mainly used in pipeline installation. 1. Wear resistance: The Al2O3 content in the inner ceramic layer of ceramic composite steel pipes is greater than 95%, and the microhardness is HV1000-1500, thus having extremely high wear resistance. Its wear resistance is more than ten times higher than that of quenched medium carbon steel, and is superior to tungsten carbide. 2. Corrosion resistant ceramics are neutral materials with stable chemical properties, excellent corrosion and acid resistance, and can resist various inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, etc. Their corrosion resistance is more than ten times that of stainless steel. High pressure flanges are mainly used in areas with strong resistance to pressure. Usually above 10 pressures, it is called high pressure.
